John Wayne coin minted in USA?
I have a john wayne coin and across the top it says “american”. Does anyone know how many were minted and from which mint??
A John Wayne coin was never minted by the US. Most metal objects you will see with him will be private medals made by firms like the Franklin Mint. For an object to be a coin, it has to be issued by a government for monetary use, otherwise it is a medal.
