Gilbert sees 2009 rebound in permits for new homes
GILBERT, Ariz. (AP) – Gilbert saw a rebound in permits for new homes in 2009, with an increase of 13 percent. The U.S. Census Bureau says Gilbert issued more than 3,000 home permits every year except one between 1996 and 2006.
