What’s the name of this movie?
In the late 70’s or early 80’s, there was a movie set near the end of WWII about a military prisoner transport plane that crashed on an island (near Japan?) where a Japanese submarine base was located. There was a dude who could do sounds (sort of like Michael Winslow), and a guy who’d been dishonorably discharged for stealing a general’s plane to save a fellow soldier’s life, also there were two HUGE guys, twins, (I think they were wrestlers). They had to hide out under the island’s chapel with a passel of orphans. There was also a schizophrenic guy, one personality was VERY feminine, the other was John Wayne-ish.
