Roanoke Rapids City Council honors service
ROANOKE RAPIDS — The Roanoke Rapids City Council honored heroic police officers and recognized years of service for many city employees at its regular meeting Tuesday night at the Lloyd Andrews building. They also heard some good news concerning city finances.
