I want to say Brisbane, that’s a large Australian city that is in the same province as the reef, but on the map there are also ones that are much closer, like Townsville, Cairns, Rockhampton and Maryborough, but I don’t know if they are large enough to be or are incorporated as cities – they may just be large townships.
