Where can I get a replica Winchester Rifle in Canada?
I’m looking for a Birthday gift….

I have tried sworddepot.com, however they are unable to import these replicas into Canada. So I was wondering if there is somewhere already in Canada that I could get one.
…or maybe there is a legal way to import one into Canada from another country.

Notice the bottom rifle the 1892 El Darado big loop. I think this might be close to what you are looking for. Cimarron Firearms are made in Italy and imported to many countries. I suspect that they do business in Canada. Most any licensed dealer should be able to acquire one for you.
